Hannah Ray Callistemon is widely grown for its magnificent display of bright scarlet spring flowers and masses of weeping, pink-tipped foliage growth. The glowing red flowers are very pendulous and large and bring native birds and bees to the sweet nectar that drips from the flowers. Perfect for hedging or specimen planting in native gardens. Apply a native slow-release fertiliser during spring for maximum flowering and new growth. Prune after flowering to promote a tidy growth habit.
