Banksia menziesii Dwarf is a dramatic dwarf banksia that is also known as the Firewood or Menzies Banksia. This beautiful plant is a stunning ornamental for the garden or pot as it has large flower heads and serrated grey to green coloured foliage. The large flowers begin pink/red changing to yellow as they open, making quite a show and attracting nectar-eating birds and bees. Suitable as a cut flower, the flower spikes retain colour for a long time in the vase and are ideal for drying. If grown in pots - ensure a potting mix for Australian Native plants is utilised.
