Banksia ericifiolia Little Eric is a gorgeous native shrub with striking, large orange-red-maroon cylindrical flowers in autumn and winter. The abundant flowers contrast against the fine, heather-like foliage. Little Eric is attractive to honey eating birds and insects, and provides a dense bush for shelter and nesting. The native is ideal for screening/windbreak purposes and it is recommended to prune in autumn and after flowering.
