It has tight, attractive foliage with a new leaf colour of rich warm red and white flowers that precedes beautiful pink/red fruit. It provides a native alternative to the Italian cypress or pencil pine and is excellent for hedging, screening, feature planting, and as a potted specimen. Tip prune while young to encourage dense foliage growth, and prune yearly or as required once fully established.
Soil: Well-drained soil.
Conditions: Full sun. Drought, heat and coastal tolerant. Frost tender.
