Telopea Enchanted Red is a truly iconic flower - the red waratah graces the flags, buildings and stationery of every NSW State department. Enchanted Red produces dramatic large red waratahs that contrast beautifully against dark green, leathery leaves in spring. As the flowerheads age, the end of the red bracts turn a luminous pale pink/white. The flowers attract native birds and bees to the garden and provide a haven. The flowers are popular in floral arrangements due to their long straight stems and the uniformity of their flower heads.
