An iconic Western Australian native, Lechenaultia biloba Sky High delights with masses of vibrant, cobalt-blue flowers in spring. Plant this glorious burst of colour as a ground cover, as a cascading sea of blue over rock walls, in hanging baskets ( popular in Europe!), or as an ideal understorey shrub in Canberra as it benefits from some frost protection. As it is a WA native, it needs excellent drainage in sandy, gritty soil or it won't thrive. Sky High is tolerant of a hard prune after flowering.
