Pink Pokers Hakea is an attractive evergreen Australian native tree/shrub with long and slightly curved green leaves. Adding to the colourful display are the spectacular, long, pink, bottlebrush-like flowers that appear in winter and spring. As with all hakeas, Pink Pokers will attract native wildlife such as birds, bees and butterflies. It is ideal for use as a border, feature shrub and mass planting, and responds well to low phosphorous slow-release fertiliser and tip pruning.
