Known as Featherbush due to its fine feathery foliage, Aulax cancellata Bronze Haze is a beautifully compact shrub. Blooming during the spring and summer months, Aulax Bronze Haze displays yellow feathery flowers within the vibrant red and green foliage. Suitable for cut flowers, Bronze Haze is equally at home in garden beds, as a low hedge or on display in pots and containers. Plants in this family are very low maintenance. Pick off spent flowers to encourage a denser re-growth.
Soil: Grow best in light gritty soil with good drainage. Ensure an Australian native potting mix and fertiliser is used if growing in pots, and select a pot with adequate drainage holes as these plants do not like to be waterlogged.
Conditions: Needs a full sun position to thrive. Coastal, light frost and drought tolerant once established.
